We have this awesome community in Google Plus which keeps me updated about SHINee. What I like there is that they share lots and lots of picture and GIFs that I really find so adorable and funny (and sexy ♥). So I just want to share some of those pics with you. Here goes...

What you'll really notice in Odd era is that they are wearing contact lenses which doesn't really make them look odd but make them look more gorgeous. Their eyes really stand out because of those, especially Onew's. Hahaha. I like Key's and Jonghyun's too.

SHINee World. I really love being in this fandom. Our ocean is so beautiful and everyone feels like a family. Whenever I hear the fanchants in every event, I really feel as if I am one of the crowd. I love how Shawols (like any other fangirls) notice even the tiniest details about our dear boys. But what I love most about this fandom is that we have TRUST ♥. Both the artists and the fans. We both know each other well, that we won't hurt each other.

When I learned that May 18 would be SHINee's comeback, I was so excited until I realized that the day of my enrollment in UPLB. It has been 1 year and 7 months since their comeback (Everybody) and I was really looking forward to it. When I got home, I totally forgot about the video because I'm so tired from the trip. But then, the day after, I was able to watch it.

Yes, my reaction was literally like that when I was watching the video. THIS. IS. MADNESS. THIS IS MADNESS!!! I CAN'T BELIEVE EVEN ONEW IS NOW SHOWING OF HIS BOOOODY!!! 

But before all that. I want to comment about the song. Unlike their other title tracks, the songs beat didn't catch me up at first. I felt like I'm not into it. I felt really bad and I felt punching myself that day for not liking the song that much and for HATING the video at first.

What made me hate (yes, really) about the vid (AT FIRST OKAY?) was the GIRLS -_- who were all flaunting their body to SHINee and showing their boobs and all! I cannot deny the fact that they are sexier and more beautiful than me but have they no compassion to the feeling of the poor fans?!!! WHYYY SM?! The healing process (like what always happens whenever SHINee is partnered with girls , especially girls those who are likely they are to fall in love with) may take longer than any other because this is different. They are now talking about bodies here! I meaaan, I can't help it but get jealous although I'm just a fan. Ugh, they are so lucky.

In this vid, liked Key because he is wholesome here at the same time I felt hanged because he is wholesome in this vid. (get it?) Hahaha. I meant, Keeeey! Show off a little skin! A little skin is good but not too much!

I found this picture yesterday and I just want to share it with you. Here, Jonghyun plays as Naruto then Key as Yoda? no. Piccolo i think. then Taemin as..Joker??? Donghae ( Super Junior) as.. a normal person. XD  and Kai (EXO)  as..a...ahm..I don't know. A normal person too with a traditional hat? Whatever. XD Then Onew as...as..the man there in the movie "Nightmare on Elm Street"..uhm. Freddy Krueger. I'm not sure. Anyway, I'll let your eyes feast now with the crazy foolishness of these boys. XD `Really love them. ♥ Happy Halloween guys! (Although I know you'll end up spazzing. XD)

SHINee Key in Bonnie and Clyde Musical

Doesn't Key look so handsome there?!! ♥ ♥ ♥ I mean, OMG..he's so dreamy and sexy and cute...okay, enough of spazzing. Ugh, I wish to be Dana there. Dana is a korean singer by the way from The Grace who's going to be Bonnie Parker. Aside from that, Korean idol group ZE:A’s Hyungsik and actress Ahn Yoo-jin is there as Bonnie and Clyde too. 

As for the story of the musical, Bonnie Elizabeth Parker and Clyde Chestnut Barrow were well-known American outlaws, robbers, and criminals who traveled the Central United States with their gang during the Great Depression. A bored small-town girl and a small-time bank robber leave in their wake a string of violent robberies and newspaper headlines that catch the imagination of the Depression-struck Mid-West in this take on the legendary crime spree of these archetypal lovers on the run. (It is based on a true story. Amazing right?)

The upcoming show is opening its curtains at the Chungmu Art Hall in Seoul on September 4, continuing its dangerous love story until October 27.

SHINee Update + Jonghyun's Bicycle

Hi! Lots of news happening for SHINee right now. They might be on break but they're certainly keeping as busy as possible before they come back in October.

On the forefront of this news we have Jonghyun contributing to IU's new album, "Modern Times". Among the thirteen tracks is a song titled "Gloomy Clock", composed by SHINee's lead singer Jonghyun. Much more will be revealed about the album on October 7 so fans better keep an eye and an ear out.

As far as visuals are concerned, have you seen SHINee's spread for Arena Hommes Plus Men Fashion Magazine yet? The October issue features the five members of SHINee dressed in nothing but their finest suits with their hairs slicked back and their suits cut tight. Each member is given the spotlight with whole page exposure, along with a group photo. The pictures present the members in beautiful contrasts of black and white to show off their strong angles. It's a new side to SHINee that is being promoted, one where the fans can view them more as sophisticated gentlemen, a far cry from their Replay days.

SHINee asks “Why So Serious?” through their new MV + album

 

SHINee has just revealed the music video to their title track “Why So Serious?“ as well as other songs on their album!
The group’s third album’s second half, which is titled ‘Why So Serious? – The Misconceptions of Me‘, has been released containing a total of 9 tracks. This is a continuation from their first part of the album, which was titled ‘Dream Girl – The Misconceptions of You‘, and is geared to show you a bit of a transformation compared to their “Dream Girl” promotions.
They’ve had fans holding onto their seats with the release of a video teaser, and now the full release is here!

Both agencies confirm Taemin and Na Eun’s casting for ‘We Got Married’

Although there is still no word directly from ‘We Got Married‘, reps from the respective agencies of SHINee‘s Taemin and A Pink‘s Na Eun have confirmed the rumors of the two being the new couple on the show!

Taemin’s reps revealed to various media outlets, “Taemin will be appearing on a variety show for the first time [as a fixed member]… He’ll be able to show you a side you haven’t seen on stage,” as well as“Taemin and Na Eun have become the new couple of ‘We Got Married’… They’re currently filming at the cafe from ‘Introduction to Architecture’. As it is his first filming, Taemin is very nervous and excited.”

Na Eun’s reps also confirmed, “She went to attend the first filming at Jeju Island… She found out that she would be coupled up with Taemin after she arrived at the filming location.”In addition to the reps’ comments, various fans have also reported witnessing Taemin arriving at Jeju Island, further solidifying the recruitment of the idol and his new ‘wife’, Na Eun, for the faux-marriage program.

The couple’s segment on the show will start airing after the conclusion of Kwanghee and Sunhwa‘s final episode, which will be broadcast this weekend on the 20th!Source: TVReport, Star News

SHINee’s Jonghyun lends his voice for ‘The Great King’s Dream’ OST

 

SHINee‘s Jonghyun is another artist from SM who has lent his efforts for the historical drama, ‘The Great King’s Dream‘.



Stepping aside from SHINee’s usual flavor, Jonghyun croons a ballad this time around with his track “1 Out of 100“. The song sings of unchanging love, and refusing to say goodbye as he hasn’t even said ’1 out of 100′ things he wants to say to his lover.
Before Jonghyun, Jessica also sang for the drama with the song “Heart Road“, which you can check out here.

Jia tweeted a photo earlier today, writing, “This week Minho and I, NS Yoon-G and Dongjun got 1st place!  Did you enjoy the show?  There is a broadcast next week as well!  Make sure to watch it!”
In the photo we can see Jia and Minho looking close as they stand next to each other, throw up “V’s” and a smile at the camera as they celebrate their win on KBS‘s ‘Dream Team‘.

[NEWS] Chapter 2 "Dream Girl: The Misconceptions Of Me" expected release date & album tracklist revealed

On February 14th, 2013, it was revealed that SHINee’s third full album would be released in two chapters. The first chapter, titled “Dream Girl: The Misconceptions of You”, was released on February 19th to positive responses from fans, fellow singers, and critics alike.

The flowery suits that were showcased during their music show performances have started a trend in the K-pop scene, with their idol boyband juniors INFINITE and BTOB making use of similar styles for their own newly released singles. The promotions for the first chapter came to a close at the end of March, leaving fans excited for more that is to come.

As shared in our translated summary of SHINee’s MelOn Music Spoiler, Chapter 2 is about “the misconception of me (SHINee)”, “the dreams I slowly wanted for myself”, and “the misconception of ideals”. It evokes the gap between SHINee’s reality and dreams and has an overall deep and dark sound, completely opposite of Chapter 1.

Tweets from SM Entertainment’s staff have revealed that the new music video is currently in production. The music video will show the misconceptions the members have towards their dreams and reality. From dark atmospheric songs that seem like a nightmare, to lonesome songs that discover the unreal ‘me’, the new tracks on in Chapter 2 will reveal a new image of SHINee that has never been seen before.

Korean fans have now started a countdown timer on Instiz, building up the anticipation and hype as they count down to the expected release date of Chapter 2 on April 30th at 23:59 (KST).

[NEWS] SHINee’s Jonghyun has successfully completed surgery

ARTICLE:

Male Idol Group SHINee, Jonghyun who had been hospitalised after a nasal bone fracture in a car accident, has successfully completed surgery.

On the 9th April, according to S.M Entertainment, Jonghyun has completed a Nasal bone fracture surgery earlier this week.

After the swollen part of the nasal which was being operated on has subsided, he can be discharged. But to continue returning to hospital on regular basis for followup checkups.

The representative from S.M Entertainment said, ‘Jonghyun’s condition has been recovering well’ ‘Till full recover, he will concentrate in further treatment, no further personal schedule has been planned yet’

Jonghyun finally came back to Twitter!

Ever since his unfortunate car accident, the SHINee member has been missing in action from his trolling ways much to the dismay of his fans.

However, as Jonghyun celebrates his birthday on April 8, his fans took the extra step and successfully trended the hashtag #종현아생일축하해 (#Jonghyun happy birthday) to the #1 spot. The trend remained within the top 5 for the next four hours, and Jonghyun logged into his account to thank his fans!

He wrote, “Everyone, thank you for congratulating me. People just live by being sad, being hurt, being tired, being angry, being happy, healing, enjoying life, and laughing.. Even if I’m hurting and tired, I heal and am happy because of all of you. Even if I’m sad and angry, I’m happy and laughing because of you. I’ll give back as much as I received. I know I’m always lacking, but… Thank you! He.”
